El Hotel Scandic Alesund es una buena opción para alojarse en Alesund.
Alesund es una ciudad bastante pequeña, a sí que todo esta muy a mano.
El hotel se encuentra a 450 metros de la estación de autobuses y de una de
las múltiples paradas del autobús que conecta Alesund con el Aeropuerto de Vigra.
aunque con un mobiliario bastante austero. En la habitación, además de las
dos camas dobles, nos encontramos con un sofá cama y una mesa con un par de sillas.
El suelo de la habitación es de madera.
Nuestra habitación estaba adaptada a personas con movilidad reducida.
Algunas habitaciones tienen vistas a la bahía, aunque no fue nuestro caso.
El personal del hotel es muy atento y educado.
La reserva incluye desayuno-buffet. El desayuno es muy variado.
El restaurante donde se sirve el desayuno tiene unas vistas preciosas.
En mi opinión este hotel presenta una buena relación calidad-precio,
teniendo en cuenta que en Noruega el precio de los hoteles es carísimo
( ejemplo: 2 Noches de miércoles y jueves por 228,78€ en www.destinia.com
- Verano 2011 ).
Si tuviera que repetir visita en Alesund, probablemente me alojaría de nuevo en
este hotel.

The Scandic Alesund hotel is a good option to stay in Alesund.
Alesund is a small city, so everything is at walking distance.
The hotel is 450m away from the bus station and from one of the bus stops
that connects Alesund with Vigra Airport.
The rooms are huge ( at least the one we stayed ), although the furniture
is quite stark. In the room, besides the 2 beds, there is a sofa an a table
with two chairs.
The floor is made in wood.
The bathroom was wide and clean, although in my opinion, the style is a
little bit old fashion. Our room was adapted for handicapped people.
There is free Wifi access in the rooms.
Some of the rooms have views to the bay ( but not the one we got ).
From our point of view, the staff was really polite and helpful.
The breakfast was included in our booking. It includes a great
diversity of food. The restaurant where the breakfast is served
has wonderful views.
From my point of view, this hotel has a good quality-price relationship,
considering that the booking includes breakfast, and the prices in Norway too !

If I had to visit Alesund again, I would probably stay in this hotel.
