El piso está recién reformado, decorado con un estilo muy moderno con todo lo necesario para una estancia corta. El piso está muy limpio. Aunque consta de una habitación salón-cocina-dormitorio y un baño, la forma de resolver la necesidad de una cocina implementada en un mueble multifuncional en forma de cubo es muy eficiente e inteligente.

La cama es muy amplia y cómoda.

Encontraremos un televisor de plasma frente a la cama con canales internacionales vía satélite, aunque la mayoría de ellos son canales alemanes. Como la conexión WiFi es muy rápida pudimos utilizar nuestra tablet para ver canales españoles online.
No fue posible conocer a Martin, el dueño del apartamento, pero él se aseguró que su colega Jiri estuviera disponible ( Jiri nos prestó ayuda via SMS o Whatsapp ). De hecho tuvimos un problema con el agua caliente y la calefacción y Jiri lo resolvió en unas horas mientras nosotros visitábamos la ciudad.
Yo sugeriría a Martin que mejorara el sistema de control de la calefacción. Aunque se puede regular remotamente bajo petición, sería mucho mas cómodo y eficiente que el huésped pudiera controlar la temperatura por si mismo.
El apartamento está situado en una cuarta planta. Aunque el edificio tiene ascensor, es necesario subir varios escalones hasta llegar al entresuelo de la primera planta.

El aislamiento acústico es muy bueno ya que durante nuestra estancia no oímos ruido del exterior.
De cualquier manera, la relación calidad precio de este apartamento es insuperable ( Ejemplo: 3 Noches de Viernes a Domingo ambos inclusive durante la primera semana de enero de 2014 por 186€ en la web www.airbnb.es . El enlace hacia este apartamento es "https://www.airbnb.es/rooms/1872998" ).
Para finalizar, estoy muy satisfecho con nuestra estancia en este apartamento. Se lo recomendaré a mis conocidos que viajen a Praga.

This apartment is an excellent option to stay in Prague. The apartment is located in Josefov area, 650 meters away from the Prague Astronomical Clock and the Staromestské Námestí Square. Regarding public transport, the apartment is located 500 meters away from "Staromestská" - Line A Green metro station, although due to is perfect location you will not make use of it when visiting the Old Town. It is a very nice feeling to leave back all the crowd and the noise of the Old Town area when you get back to the apartment, as the nearby area is much more quiet. In any case, there is a small supermarket 100 meters away, and several nice restaurants in the area.
The flat is newly decorated in a very modern style with everything needed for a short break. It is really clean. The apartment is only 2 pieces but it solves in a very intelligent and efficient way the availability of a kitchen to be able to cook when needed.
A stylish cube furniture implements the kitchen ( its size is big enough ) and wardrobes to store the kitchen stuff, a medium size fridge and a microwave. At the outer side of the cube, there are wardrobes and shelves to store your clothes, the bed linen, towels and so on.
The bathroom has also a modern style. The shower area is really big !!!
The bed is quite big and comfortable.
There is a Plasma TV in front of the bed with International TV Channels via Satellite, although most of them are German Channels. As the WiFi connection is really fast, we used our tablet to see Spanish TV Channels online.
We were not able to meet Martin ( the host ), but he made sure that his colleague Jiri was reachable for us ( Jiri supported us by SMS and Whatsapp too ). In fact we had a problem with the hot water and heating system, but Jiri solved it in a few hours while we were visiting the city.
I would suggest Martin to check the control of the heating system. Although it can be regulated remotely upon request, it would be much more comfortable to be able to control it directly by the guest.
The apartment is located in the fourth floor. Although there is an elevator in the building, you need to climb some stairs to reach the base floor of this elevator. The isolation is really good as we did not hear any noise from the outside.

To summarize, I am really happy with our stay in this apartment. I will recommend it to my friends when travelling to Prague.
